Kasan Wannan Abubuwan Tun Da Wuri Ga Lafiyar Ka
Lafiya itace ginshiƙi na rayuwa mai kyau, amma mutane da yawa basa kula da wasu abubuwa da zasu iya kawo matsala ga jiki tun da wuri. Fahimtar waɗannan abubuwa na iya taimakawa wajen kare lafiya da rage haɗarin cututtuka.
1. Rashin Yin Wasanni
Motsa jiki na taimakawa jiki ya yi aiki yadda ya kamata, yana ƙara ƙarfin zuciya da tsokoki, yana kuma rage nauyi da cututtuka kamar su hawan jini da sugar.
